Happy Halloween!!

Happy Halloween from Suwanee!

Chris and I got to go to an adult's only costume party on Saturday.
I was a Damsel in Distress and Chris was my (K)night in Shining Armor!

Love my kiddos!!!

my spy...

my little gangster with her hot pink machine gun...

my strong little cheerleader...

Captain America to save the day...

and the one and only Flying Cat...

We totally scored on the candy front! Which is a good thing because Halloween is what keeps us going the rest of the year.
Happy Halloween from my ghouls & boy to yours!

melted heart

My friend just emailed me...

Today was Crazy Sock Day at school and she was up there taking pictures for the yearbook. She saw Abby and Jenna. This is what she said...

So I have to tell you about the sweetest thing I saw this morning.
I was at school taking pictures of kids and their mismatched socks.....I see 2 cute little girls walking to the kindergarten classroom, Abby with her crazy socks and Jenna. Before I ask Abby to get her picture taken, she gives Jenna a kiss says I Love You and turns to walk to class.......melted my heart you did good Momma

Tears sprang to my eyes!

2 weeks down...

Jenna Bug went to the orthopedic doctor this morning and had a 2nd X-ray done. The doctor was pleased with the progress. We have an appointment for 2 weeks from now to have another X-ray. If it shows good things, then she will then get her short cast. She was excited! We asked the doctor what she could do to help her bones grow and she said "calcium". She told Jenna to drink her milk (even chocolate), and eat her cheese and yogurt. Jenna doesn't have a problem with a regular intake of calcium. But, as with this whole incident, my girl listened and took the doctor's words to heart. When she came home from school, the first thing she asked for was a glass of milk. She said "Mama, I have to drink more than I already do."
Cheers!
